Shipping, Insurance, & Return Policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Drip items are made to order so please expect 10-15 days for your order to be made and shipped.

Once your order has been prepared, your items will be sent via USPS. I choose USPS First-Class, which SHOULD take 2-3 business days once shipped. Estimated delivery time does not include the time that it will take to create your order and prepare the package.  Please know that once I ship the package, I cannot control how long it takes to get to you.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, if you live in the Baton Rouge, LA area, local pickup is available. Please reach out to me either through email at ak@dripjewelry.com or through Instagram DM @dripjewelrybyak before or after checkout.  
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change or correct your shipping address, please reach out to me at ak@dripjewelry.com ASAP. Once a shipping label has been printed, I am unable to redirect a package.
Can my order be rushed?
Yes, if you need your order rushed, please contact me either through email at ak@dripjewelry.com or Instagram DM @dripjewelrybyak before placing your order. I will be happy to discuss what is available for expedited shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. I have no control over the delivery of your package once it has been shipped. Please be aware of national delays due to COVID-19 and the holidays.
What if my package is stolen, lost, or damaged? 
For your protection, please insure your package for the full purchase amount with Route. Items that are not insured with Route will not be eligible for refunds or replacements (please see Route FAQ below).
What is Route?
Route Package Protection is a Shopify-partnered app that covers stolen, lost, and damaged items that fit within the required criteria. Review the policies here to understand what stolen, lost, and damaged items Route will cover.
Why do I need Route Package Protection?
Route offers customers package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant. This is much more affordable than any other insurance option.
How do I insure my package with Route?
You can add package protection at checkout and know for sure that you will be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. When shopping online, keep your eye out for the 1-Click Protect toggle.
How do I file a claim for a stolen, lost, or damaged package? 

You can file a one-click claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or you can file hereWhen you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

Drip Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in unworn condition within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders and sale items). Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please reach out to me at ak@dripjewelry.com to process your return.

If you find your item is not the right size and you would like a different size, please reach out to me at ak@dripjewelry.com and I will be happy to work with you to get the correct size for a small fee.

If your order has defects or you suspect that it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to me at ak@dripjewelry.com and I will be happy to work with you to correct the situation.
